Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped with POST NL (tracking link included) from the Netherlands and delivery time is based on the shipping method and location. The specific cost is shown on the checkout page prior to confirming your order.

You may be subject to local import taxes and duties when ordering from outside the EU. DRTMMT holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities such as additional costs with taxes, duties and other customs charges.

RETURNS
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return, please ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you must include, with the returned goods, the original invoices as proof of purchase.

First, send an e-mail to studio@drtmnt.com including your order number and the item you are returning. After confirmation, send the package to the return address at your own cost. Once the package is received and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued within 5 working days.

All CUSTOM and SALE orders are final and cannot be returned.
